Hi, I’m Carrie — the person behind Go & Glow Travel ✨
Travel has always been a huge part of my life. From family holidays growing up to backpacking around Australia, Thailand and New Zealand in my twenties, I’ve always loved the freedom, excitement and sense of possibility that comes with discovering somewhere new.
For me, travel is about so much more than simply getting away. It’s about stepping away from everyday life, feeling carefree, experiencing something new and creating memories with the people you love.
Some of my favourite memories have been made while travelling — whether that’s experiencing an exciting “first”, discovering somewhere new, trying amazing food or simply enjoying quality time together away from the routines of everyday life.
That’s a big part of why I started Go & Glow Travel.
I wanted to create something that was mine — something creative, fun and exciting, centred around something I genuinely love. But I also wanted to help other people experience the feeling that travel gives me: freedom, excitement, connection and the chance to create unforgettable memories.
My aim is simple: to take the stress out of planning and help you create a holiday that feels right for you.

My story
Why Go & Glow Travel. ✨
I’ve always loved travel, but I think it’s because of how it makes me feel.
When I’m away, I feel young and carefree again. I get to switch off from the everyday responsibilities, have fun, discover somewhere new, try new things and experience those exciting “firsts”. It reminds me of being 21 and backpacking around Australia with my best friend — that feeling of freedom, adventure and anything being possible.
Now I get to experience that feeling with my own family, and create those memories together. And I want other people to have that too — to come home from a trip thinking, “Wow… I’ll never forget that.”
But starting Go & Glow is also about me.
I wanted something that was mine. Something creative, fun, positive and exciting — especially alongside a job that can be intense, emotional and draining. I wanted to be part of a travel community, do something connected to something I genuinely love, and hopefully build more freedom, flexibility and opportunities for the future.
So I’m not just here to book holidays.
I want to help people escape the everyday, experience something new, connect with the people they love and create memories they’ll never forget.
